Accreditation and PI Awareness Questionnaire # 18 is now on-line. Fill the crossword by referring to the Patients Rights and Responsibilities Policy and win valuable prizes. Deadline is August 29, 2008.

Accreditation and PI Awareness Questionnaire # 18 is now on-line and can be accessed through the link:

Fill the crossword by referring to the Patients Rights and Responsibilities Policy (PFR-MUL-002). Submit Questionnaire # 18 either on-line or by hand to the Accreditation Office, AUBMC, Phase I, 8th floor, rooms 801 and 802 by August 29, 2008. Hard copies are available at the Accreditation Office and the AUBMC Cafeteria. Valuable prizes will be distributed to the winners.

The winner of the big prize (Globe Terrestre) for Questionnaire # 17 was Younis Hassan (Dietary Department). The other four winners were:
