Vacancy: Needed Full-time Field Coordinator

The Center for Research on Population and Health at the Faculty of Health Sciences is seeking to hire a field coordinator for a psycho-social- randomized-community based intervention trial in Hey el Selloum.

Objectives

To (1) engage community leaders and researchers as partners in the intervention trial,(2) to follow up with the established local women committee (LWC), (3) to follow up with the established community advisory board (CAB), (4) to assist in the trial's recruitment phase, and (5) to assist in process evaluation.

Tasks

- Coordinate with project investigators and community leaders to identify priority areas for discussion
- Facilitate the work of the established LWC and CAB in Hey el Selloum
- Assist in the recruitment phase
- Monitor the implementation progress of the intervention in the community
- Follow up with non-compliance
- Assist in the planning of other intervention activities as seen necessary

Education

Masters in social sciences (PH or Sociology) or Bachelor's degree with community working experience.

Desirable

Excellent written and spoken skills in Arabic, energetic, creative and dynamic.
